    Yes. Click n Collect lockers are integrated with Feeding America’s OrderAhead platform. This allows nonprofits to offer scheduled pickups via OrderAhead.org, streamlining food distribution while giving clients more flexibility.
  • Can these lockers be installed outdoors?

    Absolutely. Our food bank lockers are built for both indoor and outdoor use. Weather-resistant and tamper-proof, they’re a safe option for 24/7 pickup in parking lots, campuses, or community centers.
  • What are the power and data requirements for installation?

    Each locker bank requires a standard 208–254V 60Hz power connection and access to reliable data via Ethernet or 4G/5G. We’ll provide detailed site plans and handle coordination to make installation easy—whether you're placing the locker indoors or in a remote location.
  • Can I use Click n Collect lockers without an online ordering system?

    Yes. You don’t need an eCommerce platform or ordering software to get started. Out of the box, Click n Collect includes a free online form that lets you accept order requests directly. Submissions go straight to your inbox or dashboard, making it easy to schedule pickups and load orders into the lockers.
